The wind was 12 to 18 knots from the ESE with. an air temperature in the low 40’s. Four boats joined in the first two races of 2022. We set a start/finish line near the breakwater and raced to the green buoy near the navy dock (nobody hit the submarine that was docked there) and back to the finish line. Two boats hoisted spinnakers and two crews decided to keep it simple while remembering how to sail. All-in-all a good day and definitely good to be back out on the water.
