Wind on the dock was very variable, 6-7 kts with lulls to 2.5 and the occasional gust to 12+.  The direction was also dynamic, oscillating through ±20°. Some of this was turbulence from the buildings on shore although conditions looked similar over the Bay.

Course SIGIFBF =5.95 nm. was set to allow for a little shortening but that was unnecessary as the wind conditions continued throughout.
