First Sail of the New Year 2023

It was slightly dampish and  little bit chilly, but four hearty crews (Kuma San, Owl, Merlin, Falcon)  braved the elements to get in some good practice. The wind was good and all crews took the opportunity to sail around and remind themselves which side is port and which is starboard, how to tack and jib, and how to raise and lower the spinnaker. Pre and post sail everyone met at the clubhouse. Roland Nikles provided donuts. It was a good start to the sailing new year.
