The first race of the spring Whitecap Series starts at 6pm this evening (4/1/2016) at city dock. Don’t forget to check in with the race committee. Please bring a radio and have it tuned to channel 68 so you can hear announcements. If you haven’t read the updated sailing instructions now is a good time :) See you on the water!
