There is a lot of sailing happening on the Port Townsend Bay. Coming up this weekend (5/25) we have a Sunday Funday Sail. This is a fun casual way to get out on the water. Meet up at the PTSA Clubhouse at noon on the day of the race and let people know if you are crew looking for a ride or a skipper needing crew. Everyone will get on a boat regardless of skill level. It's a great way to learn or just enjoy the day.
Our first 3 nights of the Monday night Small Boat Series have been a great success. The club brings out the committee boat, a inflatable support boat and our fleet of lasers. Come join us! We will get you on a boat regardless of skill level.
Of course we also have sailing on Wednesday and Friday nights. The competition has been quite lively.
Next up is the Classic Mariners Regatta and then on June 7 with have the Pride Boat Parade. |
