Upcoming Wednesday Evening Events

This Wednesday March 12th, Josh Wheeler will be giving a special presentation titled A Flicka 20’s Pacific Odyssey. 5:30pm – snacks, 6:00pm – presentation, 7:30pm – reception. At the clubhouse.

On the 19th Bob Frank of Admiral Ship Supply will give us the latest on Current Trends in Marine Paints and Finishes. 

Then on the 26th we will have our annual members potluck to kick off the racing season.

Note that all events are open to members and non-members alike.

Shipwrights Regatta Photos and Results

After a one week delay the 34th annual Shipwrights Regatta saw thirty three boats come out to enjoy wonderful weather (after a one hour fog delay), great camaraderie, and a fun party at the Maritime Center. Check out the web site for photos and video and results.

Racing Starts April 2nd!

Wednesday racing starts on April 2nd. Wednesdays feature Thunderbird one-design racing, and if other boats want to race they will get their own start and course. Friday PHRF races are back this year starting on April 4th. These will start from City Dock at 6pm and will feature random leg courses around the bay. The Protection Island distance race is on April 19th, and the first Sunday Funday is on the 20th. The Monday evening Small Boat Series starts in April as well.
