Over fifty boats participated in over 70 PTSA races in 2024! New this year were dinghy nights, Sunday Fundays, the Prism Regatta and the Last Chance Regatta. And of course there were the weekly series', Shipwrights Regatta, CMR, Ted Pike Race, the Tbird Regatta, and the distance series. We were busy! Next year Friday night PHRF racing will be back.

Now's the time to join up or renew your membership for 2025. The club can only exist because people like you signup every year. PTSA is now an official 501(c)(3) non-profit so any donation you make is tax deductible. Renew or join as a member here. If you're feeling generous you can make a one-off donation here.

Come join us at the clubhouse this winter for Wednesday evening gatherings at the club house. The first one is Jan 8, at 6 pm. They will continue every week until April. One addition this year is that each week in addition to the main program we will have a short presentation/discussion about one of the racing rules of sailing focusing on situations you may encounter on the water. Programs are being decided now and we'll let you know as soon as details are available.

Also known as the Frostbite Series, winter racing commences January 4th at 1pm. This is casual racing, and it's a good time to practice your skills before the Shipwrights Regatta on Feb 22nd. Gather at the clubhouse at noon to discuss the plan for the afternoon. 

John Lynes has retired from the board after many years of service as Treasurer. Next time you see John limping around town on his new knee give him a shout out. Rachel Bradley will be new to the board in 2025. She has been doing a great job getting the word out about PTSA on social media. Welcome Rachel! Otherwise the board looks pretty similar to 2024.
