Ed makes a statement
This Wednesday’s beer can race will begin with a scattering of Ed’s ashes. Pass the word! Let’s get a good showing to say so long, and to remember this man who was such a presence in the Port Townsend sailing community. Meet at the picnic table across from the yard office at the Boat Haven at 5pm, as usual, to get the course, and the details on the scattering.
And don’t forget, there will also be a land-based celebration of Ed’s life on July 24th at 1pm at the Northwest Maritime Center.
