Well this afternoon’s race sure was interesting. At the start, WNW wind that had been building since 5pm, lots of boats hoisting smaller jibs, lots of wind. Did not last very long in the bay, as different parts started shutting off completely, but the tower took it’s toll on the fleet, causing the usual parking lot. Looked like wind was hard to find at the Y mark also, as the few that had escaped the tower either baled or timed out down there.
Course was SDYTYDF, no finishers.
